These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and phophen ("phophen," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the phophen platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with phophen or by accessing any part of the phophen platform — including the website, mobile interface, games, and any associated services — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the phophen Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the phophen platform.

phophen reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the phophen platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the phophen platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style gambling.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of play, or otherwise be permitted by the laws of your jurisdiction to access online gambling services.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of phophen, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by phophen or by any regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

phophen reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) phophen account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change. phophen is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phophen account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your phophen account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

In compliance with phophen's PAGCOR license obligations and applicable anti-money laundering regulations, phophen is required to verify the identity of all players before permitting deposits, withdrawals, or full platform access. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, UMID, or other government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account registered in your name).

phophen reserves the right to suspend withdrawals or restrict account access pending the completion of KYC verification. phophen may also request additional documentation at any time, including in connection with large transactions or unusual account activity.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the phophen platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phophen supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards are also accepted for deposits.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your phophen account promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are as specified on the phophen banking page and are subject to change.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. phophen aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the banking page. phophen reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.

You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. phophen reserves the right to reverse any withdrawal to the original deposit source if required by applicable regulations.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

phophen may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates, which will be published alongside each promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. phophen reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a player's eligibility for a bonus if phophen reasonably suspects abuse of the bonus system.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. phophen reserves the right to limit or exclude any player from bonus eligibility at its sole discretion, including players whose betting patterns suggest bonus abuse or professional gambling strategies inconsistent with recreational play.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the phophen platform operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited for fairness. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panels.

By participating in any game on phophen, you agree to be bound by the specific rules applicable to that game. In the event of any discrepancy between a game result displayed on your device and the result recorded on phophen's servers, the server record shall be deemed authoritative.

phophen reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to the player's account.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phophen platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with phophen games or services.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the phophen platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the phophen platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your phophen account.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the phophen platform or the experience of other players.

phophen reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to report such conduct to PAGCOR or other relevant authorities where required.

9. Responsible Gaming

phophen is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity.

Available responsible gaming tools on phophen include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your phophen account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your phophen account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the phophen platform — including but not limited to software, games, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and audiovisual materials — is the property of phophen or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the phophen platform for personal, recreational purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any phophen content without the prior written consent of phophen.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phophen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phophen platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

phophen does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phophen's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phophen account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit phophen's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12. Privacy

phophen collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the phophen platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Amendments to These Terms

phophen reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phophen will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the phophen platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phophen platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

phophen operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately resolved by phophen's internal dispute resolution process may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with its published procedures.
